This unremittingly tasty bag of washed-process beans comes to us from the La Cañada regional cooperative in Oaxaca, Mexico, where it was grown by local smallholders and fermented for 24 hours before being washed and dried. Post-roast, it sports a crazy-delightful bouquet of white grape, cantaloupe, and mango sorbet that’s pretty much a lock to make your morning roughly 3000% more radical. We know that sounds like a lot, and we wholeheartedly encourage you to test the veracity of our claim.
