SUMATRA SOLOK MINANG
This miraculously tasty bag of beans arrives to us by way of the Solok region of Western Sumatra in Indonesia. Grown between 1250-1350 meters above sea level, this coffee was wash-processed--an unusual processing method for the region--and dried for around 20 days. The resulting cup is a full-bodied, complex, and utterly enjoyable mouth-full with notes of baker’s chocolate and olive lemon cake. It’s a flavor journey of astounding proportions, and a seriously excellent way to start your morning.
