Hailing from the El Socorro farming community in Honduras, these natural-process beans arrive courtesy of Finca Los Amigos, a family farm run by coffee producer David Lopez. David is one of our most longstanding partners, and we have been continually amazed by everything he’s sent in over the last four years. This shade-grown, natural-process coffee was aged in bourbon barrels, producing an exceptionally tasty and mesmerizingly complex profile of cherry preserves, dark chocolate, and notes of sherry. If you need a pick-me-up, this is an excellent option.
