BOURBON BARREL-AGED PERU CAJAMARCA
These fantastically tasty washed-process delights were grown at 1850-1900 meters above sea level on the Santuario Cooperative in the ecologically diverse Cajamarca region of northern Peru. Santuaro sends seasoned agricultural gurus to offer smallholders advice on soil fertility, sustainability, cultivation techniques, harvesting, and post-harvest practices in order to improve the quality of their yield, which ensures that they’ll fetch fair prices at market. Aged in bourbon barrels at our roastery, you can totally taste the dedication to excellence in this cold brew, replete with notes of red plum & a delightful apple sweetness, followed by a decadent, bourbony finish. We’d be pretty shook if you didn’t like it, but hey, man, you do you.
NOTE ON COFFEE SHIPPING: Due to our deep and abiding belief that coffee tastes way better fresh, we roast as orders are placed in order to ensure that you get your beans at the apex of deliciousness. This can result in variable shipping times of up to a week before your coffee is shipped to you. Thanks for your patience.
