Grown between 1200-1300 meters above sea level in the rich, volcanic soils of Costa Rica’s Alajuela province, these magnificent beans were produced using a honey process—a very involved method involving sun-drying, covering overnight, and a final drum-drying that yields a coffee that’s both consistent in quality and incredibly tasty.
