SHERRY BARREL-AGED ETHIOPIA GUJI
This heirloom varietal gem was cultivated at over 1900 meters above sea level in the Guji sub-sector of Ethiopia’s Sidamo region. Comprised of the choicest coffee cherries from several area smallholders, these washed-process beans were subsequently aged in sherry barrels by our coffee team, yielding a magnificent flavor profile with notes of peach and rose, complimented by a lovely sherry finish. It’s as unique as it is delicious, and we’re pretty excited for you to try it.
