BOURBON BARREL-AGED HONDURAS FINCA LOS CEDROS
This washed-process marvel comes to us from the Finca Los Cedros, a small farm in the Montecillos region of south-west Honduras owned and operated by producer Miram Sagastume and her daughters. Once we got a hold of these magical beans, we aged a portion in bourbon barrels, yielding a cup with breathtakingly tasty notes of hazelnut, pear, and orange liqueur that we think you’re seriously going to dig.
