COLOMBIA FINCA ESPERANZA
This impossibly tasty coffee comes to us from Finca Esperanza, a 3-hectare farm in Colombia’s Huila region run by “Los Naranjos” coffee co-op member Faiber Bolaños. Grown at 1650 meters and hand-picked at optimum ripeness, these magnificent beans were then depulped and fermented for 18 hours before a triple-washing and 15 days in a parabolic dryer. The resulting coffee is bursting with cherry & vanilla, with notes of burnt sugar and an intense, fruit-acidity. If you think you know what Colombian coffee tastes like, prepare to have your brain exploded.
