GUATEMALA SAN EMILIANO
This Central American marvel arrives to us from Guatemala’s San Marcos region, where it was grown between 1300-1800 meters above sea level, in rich volcanic soil in the shadow of Central America’s tallest volcano, Tajumulco. Not only is that extremely metal, but it also yields some ridiculously exceptional coffee, as is evidenced in these washed-process gems. Notes of dark chocolate, melon, and rose converge to form a coffee that excels in both cold brew and pour-over form.
