Barrel-Aged 3 Months • Barrel Character: Medium

We took a batch of exceptional washed Ethiopia beans and allowed them to age for three months in used French Madeira (a fortified wine) Barrels that previously held Monsters’ Park, our fantastic, not too heavy, not too light Imperial Stout. Post-roast, it yields a cup brimming with Neapolitan Ice Cream, Fudge, and Toasted Oak.
