This utterly lovely coffee hails from Guracho Town in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, a region whose wealth of diverse and incredibly tasty coffee profiles has been increasingly sought after by the specialty coffee world over the last few years. These washed-process gems were treated to a 2-month stay in bourbon barrels by our coffee team, resulting in a seriously stunning cup with notes of stone fruit, vanilla wafer, and oak.
