BOURBON BARREL-AGED BURUNDI GOMBA
This washed-process wonder comes to us from Murambi, a subregion of the Ruigi province in eastern Burundi, where it’s grown between 1400-1600 meters and processed at the Gomba Mill. We allowed the beans to luxuriate for a month in fragrant, oaky bourbon barrels, resulting in a cup with beautiful notes of plum, burnt sugar, and cherries. We think you’re going to enjoy the living daylights out of it.
