These washed-process beans yield a cup bursting with beautiful notes of date and caramel apple. We aged the beans in fragrant, oaky bourbon barrels, adding a depth to the character that really kicks the whole thing up a notch. It’s fantastic as either a pour-over or a cold brew, and a seriously excellent way to kick off your day.
