Produced by Unión Ramal Santa Cruz in the Chiapas region of Mexico, these Fairtrade Organic washed process beans were grown between 900-1800 meters above sea level under lush forest shade and meticulously selected at optimum ripeness. After roasting, they yield a cup with marvelously tasty chocolate bar, fresh fig, and Manhattan notes.
