This hand-picked bag of radness arrives to us care of the Arokara Cooperative in Papua New Guinea, where it’s grown between 1300-1600 meters above sea level and washed in fresh, mountain stream water after a 36-hour fermentation period. Once we got ahold of these magnificent beans, we treated them to an extended stay in bourbon barrels, yielding a cup replete with delicious notes of dark chocolate and plum that wrap up in a refined bourbon finish. Rarely does getting yourself caffeinated feel this classy.
