This bag of washed-process caffeinated magic comes to us from the Igamba mill, which serves around 200 smallholder coffee producers in Tanzania’s Mbozi & Mbeya regions. We aged the green coffee in bourbon barrels before roasting, yielding a profile replete with black cherry, dried cranberry, and baker’s chocolate. It’s a seriously delightful amalgamation of flavors that excels equally as a cold brew or pour-over. We’d heartily encourage you to try both.
