COLOMBIA FINCA EL PLACER
This marvelously tasty bag of washed process beans originated in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1850 meters by Pastor Ordoñez of the Los Naranjos collective. Harvested at peak radness, these beans were then de-pulped before a 15-hour fermentation, 4 separate washes, and 15 days on a parabolic solar dryer. The sum of all these parts is a beautifully balanced coffee with rich, satisfying notes of orange and chocolate that is absolutely going to make your morning. Oh, and “Finca el Placer” translates to “Pleasure Farm”, which is way too awesome not to mention.
