We sent some seriously lovely natural process Ethiopia Dame Dabaye coffee beans on a 3-week sojourn in bourbon barrels that had previously housed Cloud Daggers, our imperial porter with maple syrup, roasted pecans, vanilla, & cocoa nibs. The results were pretty damn tasty. Ready your incredibly fortunate palate for a magical caffeinated candy bar profile with notes of almond, nougat, and tart cherry with a semi-sweet chocolate finish. It’s a magical convergence of bourbon, beer, and coffee character, and is best consumed slowly with intermittent sighs of deep contentment.
