ETHIOPIA SIDAMO GUJI
This delightful bag of beans hails from the Oromio region in the southern part of Sidamo, Ethiopia, and is a washed-process coffee grown at 1900-2000 meters. What does "washed-process" mean? Great question, friend. It means that the beans were dried without the skin and pulp attached, which, in this case, results in a beautiful cup of bursting with brilliant notes of tropical fruit. It’s an absolutely superb method of caffeine delivery.
