We aged this red sour for 14 months in red wine barrels before infusing it with amburana wood spirals for two and a half weeks. Then, we refermented it on Fuyu persimmons and Nagami kumquats, yielding a tart, funky fruit-splosion with lovely undertones of vanilla that’s complex, quaffable, and undeniably delightful.

Starting 7/6/2020 for Theory members, 7/8/2020 for League members, and 7/11/2020 for the general public, you will be able to purchase Double Dry-Hopped MT6; Double Dry-Hopped Hedge Witch; Makin' Time; Beastmaster: Vanilla Extravaganza; Neverwhere; Reality Maze: Coconut Shake Edition; Extraordinary Times: Vanishing Spell; Modem Tones: Apple Cake Edition; Island Tones; Analog: Whole Cluster Marsanne & Grenache; Monsters' Park Barrel-Aged Black House Coffee Beans; & Wizard Blend Coffee Beans. The general public will be able to pick-up their orders at the location chosen during checkout (Lomaland Fermentorium, DTLA Dankness Dojo, Anaheim Leisuretown, or Far West Lounge) during regular tasting room hours from 7/15/2020 thru 8/16/2020. If the general public chooses The Belmont Fermentorium, The Academy of Recreational Sciences, or The House of Perpetual Refreshment during checkout, then orders can be picked up during regular tasting room hours from 7/17/2020 thru 8/16/2020. League members will also have until 8/16/2020. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to either the bottle limit, nor the pick-up window and PROXIES ARE ONLY ALLOWED FOR MEMBERS. Any bottles/cans not retrieved by the deadlines listed above will be surrendered back to the brewery (NO exceptions).

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

In order to pick-up your bottles, you will need to show your valid photo ID. Any sales that attempt to work around the bottle limit will be voided. Only purchase bottles if you are 100% positive you can pick-up your bottles within the pick-up window; any bottles not picked up before the stated deadlines will be surrendered back to Modern Times Beer.

Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.

SHIPPING:

We will not ship the bottles or cans. Bottles and cans must be retrieved at the location chosen at checkout during regular tasting room hours.
