Established by the Mutira Farmers Cooperative Society, the Kagumo factory serves over 1500 local coffee farmers, utilizing a 72-hour triple fermentation process and taking between 12-20 days to dry. The intense processing is well worth it, resulting in incredibly tasty flavors of cocoa, tamarind, and honey that are a testament to this truly exceptional coffee-growing locale.
