MEXICO ZARAGOZA ITUNDUJIA
Produced by the women of the Zaragoza Itundujia municipality of Oaxaca’s Miahuatlan district, these washed process beans were grown between 1400 & 1650 meters above sea level under a lush canopy and meticulously selected at optimum ripeness. After roasting, they yield a cup with marvelously tasty notes of Red Anjou pear, dried mango, and pecan pie. It’s a delicious tribute to both the region and the skill of its producers, and an extremely ideal way to get caffeinated.
NOTE ON COFFEE SHIPPING: Due to our deep and abiding belief that coffee tastes way better fresh, we roast as orders are placed in order to ensure that you get your beans at the apex of deliciousness. This can result in variable shipping times of up to a week before your coffee is shipped to you. Thanks for your patience.
