NATURAL ETHIOPIA AMARO
This natural-process Ethiopian gem hails from the Amaro farm in Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, where it's rigorously hand selected by Asnakech Thomas, Ethiopia’s only female miller/exporter. Grown at 1100 meters, the coffee cherries are dried on raised beds, providing even aeration and eliminating contact with the soil. Post-roast, they yield an absolutely delightful, juicy cup with juicy notes of fresh berries and agave. These beans are a serious testament to everything we love about natural-process coffees. Prepare to be immensely pleased.
