RUM BARREL-AGED PERU NORCAFE
This exceptionally delicious coffee comes to us from the Norcafe Co-op, a group of about 250 small farmers in the Lonya Grande district of Peru’s Amazonias region. Grown at over 1500 meters, these washed process beans were introduced to some of our fragrant, fruity rum barrels, where they spent four glorious months before they were roasted & packaged. The resulting coffee is a decadent-yet-balanced cup with beautiful notes of caramel and pound cake that we have very strong, positive feelings about. We think you will, too.
