SECRET BEACH SUMMER BLEND
Sweet, sweet summer is here, which excites me to no end and makes me want to have a pool party. At the aforementioned pool party, I would drink this coffee as cold brew in a tall Collins glass filled to the brim with ice. And I would love the shit out of it. This year’s blendo is 50% Kenya AA Top Kamwangi (washed, 1300-1900 meters), and 50% Ethiopia Shakiso (washed, 1500-1700 meters). It's an absolutely magical combo, yielding bright, refreshing notes of citrus and white peach that couldn't be more perfect for the impending hot weather. It’s a blend that’s designed to be brewed cold, but works just as beautifully as a pour over or french press.
