Forgotten Landscapes aged in Tawny Port Barrels w/ Nectarines
A collab with our friends at Burial, this is an odyssey of complex, stone-fruit-laden funk underscored by lovely notes of oak.
ABV: 6.9%

Bottle Mix 2:

Sun Myth Aged in Angelica Barrels
This glorious blonde sour was aged for an entire year in Angelica wine barrels. The Californian sweet, fortified wine that was once housed in these barrels is known for its velvety dessert character, often boasting notes of crème brûlée and caramel. We thought these subtle notes would be perfectly complemented by a hefty helping of peaches (1,000 total, to be exact). The resulting libation is wonderfully complex, with the stonefruit up front, followed by notes of hazelnut and honey, all tied up with a beautiful, funky bow.
ABV: 8.1%

This dark sour was aged in red wine barrels for 40 months (!!) and refermented on a ton (3.5lb/gal) of fresh Robada apricots.
ABV: 6.2%

Bottle Mix 3:

News From Nowhere: Cuvée Moscatel
This red sour cuvée was aged from 14-52 months in red wine, cognac, or sherry barrels & then racked into Setúbal Moscatel sherry pipes for another 4.
ABV: 8.5%

Looking Backward: 2020 Edition
This tart complex blend of sour blonds spent between 1.5 & 3 years in red wine barrels while mingling with a diverse mix of sour & funky cultures.
ABV: 6.7%
