Hailing from Guatemala's Atitlán region, these marvelously tasty washed-process beans were aged in bourbon barrels by our illustrious coffee team, emerging from the roasting process sporting incredibly delightful notes of chocolate brownie, maple syrup, and amaretto. It’s a flavor combo that’s ideal in both pour-over and cold brew form, and we’re pretty psyched to share it with you.
