BOTTLE PURCHASE DETAILS:
Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to either the bottle limit, nor the pick-up window and PROXIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. You can only pickup your bottles at the specified pickup location during the checkout process. **Any bottles not retrieved during the pickup window will be surrendered back to the brewery without refund (NO exceptions).** Please read the additional details below for further information on proxies and bottle pickup names.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
In order to pick-up your bottles, you will need to show your valid photo ID. Any sales that attempt to work around the rules of the sale will be voided. Only purchase bottles if you are 100% positive you can personally pick-up your bottles within the pick-up window; any bottles not picked up within the pickup window will be surrendered back to Modern Times Beer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.
SHIPPING:
We will not ship the bottles. Bottles must be retrieved at the pickup location during regular tasting room hours. Please check the hours of operation and pickup within your specified window for that product.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
Your receipt of order confirmation signifies acceptance of your order. However, Modern Times Beer reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to cancel or modify your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
