PAYMENT TERMS

We accept payment via credit card or paypal. Customers may be considered for terms after six COD orders have been placed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Buyer agrees that products purchased from Modern Times Coffee will not be resold to wholesalers, distributors, jobbers, discounters, exporters, or importers. Buyer also agrees to remove products from the shelf that have exceeded their expiration date (typically regarded as 90 days after roasting, see below for more details).

TURNAROUND TIMES

All orders are made to order. To maintain freshness we do not keep large amounts of stock on hand.  Please allow up to 7 business days for standard processing of wholesale orders. 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All claims must be made within 2 business days of receipt of goods. All returns must be authorized by Modern Times Coffee and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

FRESHNESS, CARE AND HANDLING AGREEMENT

We take pride in providing our wholesalers with the freshest coffee possible. In return, we expect our wholesalers to show the same commitment to their customers. Coffee should not be stocked in direct sunlight or in high temperature areas of your store. It is best to store and stock in a cool dry area. Modern Times Coffee must be pulled from the shelf when it has exceeded the expiration date (90 days after roasting date). Please place your orders according to your store demand. At this time, Modern Times Coffee does not buy back expired coffee.
